During my recent stay at Best Western Grand Hotel Francais, I was instantly captivated by the perfect blend of tradition and modernity that defines this charming gem in the heart of Bordeaux. Nestled near the famous Rue Sainte-Catherine, it's an ideal launchpad for shopping excursions, allowing me and my friends to hunt for chic pieces while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The hotel boasts an eco-conscious touch, being the first in Bordeaux to earn the Ecolabel, which highlights their commitment to sustainability—something I'm always keen on. Let’s talk about the breakfast; it's a delightful buffet filled with organic and fair-trade delights such as cereals, pastries, and local cheeses—perfect for fueling our days of style scouting. The staff, ever so friendly and helpful, made us feel at home right away. Although the lobby was under renovation during our visit, the beautiful window views hinted at an enchanting space soon to be unveiled. I can't wait to return once it's all set in style; this hotel is 100% on my list for my next Bordeaux adventure!
